About the team postcard

The Centre of Excellence in Interdisciplinary Mental Health (CEIMH) consists of two teams: a core team of 14 members of staff, three of whom comprise the multimedia team.  The Centre currently supports a number of CEIMH fellows and studentships.

The core team reflects the interdisciplinary, innovative and creative ethos of the Centre, drawing together a wide range of expertise within the mental health field.  This team includes practitioners, service users and academics providing a basis for the developmental work the Centre aims to undertake.  The presence of an artist in residence within this team reinforces the importance of exploring creative approaches to maintaining mental wellbeing.

Three members of the core team also combine to form the CEIMH's multimedia team.  The aim of this team is not only to produce high quality multimedia teaching and learning resources but to pass on multimedia development skills to academics, practitioners, service users, carers and students.

Through providing support for studentships and fellows the CEIMH aims to ensure that its work continues to be groundbreaking, innovative and mirror change in mental health policy at a national and international level.
